PENTECOST  AGAIN

Apostolic generation:

Gospel of Jesus Christ expanded to every nation. Beginning on the day of Pentecost.

“And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”  “ For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” (1 Corinthians. 3:11)

Jesus atoning death and triumphant resurrection made possible the outpouring.

So that believers could again live in full communion with God.

“The Apostolic Faith” Jesus Christ leading His Church will finalize the activation of the fivefold gift ministries. “ And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone.” (Ephesians 2:20)

“He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heaven, that he might fill all things. And he gave some apostles; and some prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teacher;

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.  That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.” (Ephesians 4: 10- 15)

“That he might present it to himself a glorious Church, not having spot or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be Holy and without blemish.” (Ephesians 5:27)

Proclaiming the imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ.

ACTS 1:4-5

“And being assembled together with them. Commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the father, which saith he,ye have heard of me. For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the HolyGhost not many days hence.”

They continued in prayer in one accord, Waiting, for they had new and great work ahead of them. Waiting and seeking God brings pure joy, delight and strength.  Having great confidence and anticipation that God has promised and God will fulfill His promises.  Genuine persistent hunger and thirst for God, brings a life changing, spiritually empowering encounter with the living God.

ACTS 1:8

“But ye shall receive power after that the HolyGhost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

Becoming passionate, compelling witnesses who are now empowered by the HolyGhost.

Ordinary powerless people endued with power, preaching Jesus Christ and those things pertaining to the kingdom of God. This outpouring of the HolyGhost will be a global mandate. A  FAITHFUL REMNANT OF WITNESSES! (Mark 16:15-18)

ACTS 2:1-2

“And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.  And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.”

Suddenly!!   Something new , something wonderful has happened. “A new phenomenon”

A mighty rushing wind from heaven with no advertisement.  A divine encounter by ordinary people and their God.

Believing that God is doing something new, and be available to God to be used in that new thing.  Heaven has heard and whole communities will be alive with an awareness of God, and people are swept into the realm of the divine.

ACTS 2:3-4

“And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the HolyGhost , and began to speak with other tongues, as the spirit gave them utterance.”

The evidence and initial proof of  the HolyGhost was speaking in other tongues as the spirit gave them utterance.

The sign given was fire, “He shall baptize you with the HolyGhost and with fire”(Matthew 3:11)

The spirit like fire, melts the heart and God used the tongue which no man can tame,(James 3:8)  for his honour  and glory.

ACTS 2:6

“Now when this was noised abroad the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.”

The place was electrified, and saturated with the spirit of God.

Pentecost will be it’s own publicity, for it will come from heaven, with great noise, and

Will direct literally thousands of people , from all over the world to come and see for themselves and enquire the meaning of  it.

ACTS 2:11-15

Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.  And they were all amazed, and were in doubt saying one to another, what meaneth this?  Others mocking said, these men are full of new wine.  But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this know unto you, and hearken to my words: For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

People were taking notice of this extraordinary gift. Some of them were religious and many had the fear of God.

God had chosen unlearned and ignorant men, and the weak and foolish things of the world to confound the wise and mighty.  “Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not—(1 Corinthians 14:22)  There was a demonstration of joy and noisy manifestion of speaking in tongues, the mighty works of God.

Surrounded by His glory makes you dance, jump or stand with hands out stretched or Jubilee singing and shouting with all your soul.  Full of Awe at His presence crying, moaning or weeping, sometimes left completely speechless and lay in silence.  Emotional expressions in worship whatever the cost, even if it means crossing the line of ordinary behavior.  Being arrested by a power that seems unhuman. Men and women appearing like drunken men; drunk by the mighty power of God.  Pentecost churches are called strange for the enthusiastic and unseemly way of worship.

The more traditional churches are of a silent atmosphere, may God have mercy upon us, when we dictate to Almighty God as to how He is going to work.  Some say “we must not disturb or frighten people, with so much emotions being stirred up. When your under deep conviction of sin, you can’t help but to weep.   When there’s Joy unspeakable and full of glory, you jump, dance and shout for joy. “ALLELUIA”

ACTS 2:16-18

“But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:  And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my spirit;

And they shall prophesy.”

The fulfilling of scripture in the last dispensation of divine grace. Sons and daughters, Young men and old men, servants and handmaids, all receiving the extraordinary gifts  Of the HolyGhost, ecstatic manifestations such as speaking in tongues, prophesying, Claims of dreams and visions, trances, healing and falling in the spirit. Receiving divine Revelation to be communicated to the church.

This is that: The floodgates of heaven opened and the dry places flooded with God.  “I will pour water upon him that is thirsty and floods upon the dry ground. I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.” (Isaiah 44:3)  True seeking after God, a vessel of honesty and sincerity, encountering God in all His fullness and instructing our children and grandchildren to pursue God until God encounters them in power. “Fear not; for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west; I will say to the north, give up; and to the south, keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth; even everyone that is called by my Name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him. Ye are my witnesses saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am He: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. I, even I, Am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour” ( Isaiah 43:5-7 &10-11)

ACTS 2:21-22 & 32-33 & 36

“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the Name of the LORD shall be saved. Ye men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know.” “This Jesus hath God raised up where of we are all witnesses. Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the father the promise of the HolyGhost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. “Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

Peter appeals and proves what he says: All this was to awaken them all to embrace and believe the faith of Jesus Christ and to join themselves to His church.  It was the fulfilling of the scripture of the Old Testament which related to the kingdom of the Messiah. He specifies one of the prophesies of the prophet Joel, which was promised. For the HolyGhost was now being poured out, not only on the Jews but upon all flesh.

ACTS 2:37

“Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, men and brethren, what shall we do?

Peters divine message that penetrated into the heart, brought obedience of faith, and the first fruits of that vast harvest of souls to the church of Jesus Christ. When eyes are opened they are ready to do anything they should be directed to do to find peace and pardon. When waves of deep conviction sweeps over those gathered, they allowed the HolySpirit to change hearts and minds. Many moved by a power they have never experienced before will be gripped by a deep hunger to get right with God.  “Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled.”(Matthew 5:6) Many are not filled, simply because we hunger after other things. God cannot make a man wise if he refuses instruction; God cannot save a man from his Sin if that man wills to hold on to his sins. God cannot make a man holy if he does not have aspirations after a holy life.

We need the power of the HolyGhost that will separate us from all that is unclean. “Come out from among them and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the  unclean thing: and I will receive you, and will be a father unto you.”(2 Corinthians 6:17-18)     (Clean from our own liberal views we have today.) “Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you and ye shall be clean: from all filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.”(Ezekiel 36:25) (when all idols are taken away, none are left.)

ACTS 2: 38

“Then Peter said unto them, repent , and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the HolyGhost.”

John the Baptist and Jesus had preached Repent! Now the holyspirit is being poured out  insisting; Repent! “I tell you , Nay : but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.” (Luke 13:3) Change your mind, change your ways, bringing a glorious, mighty and complete deliverance, by the supernatural power of the HolyGhost. “—The blood of Jesus Christ his Son, cleanseth us from all sin” (1 John 1:7)

All along the ages men have been preaching a partial gospel, Now God is bringing back the Pentecost baptism in water in the Name of Jesus Christ, and baptism in the HolyGhost, Speaking in new tongues as the HolyGhost gives them utterance. Believing the doctrine of the apostles. ( known as the “Jesus Only”) Many Trinitarians and other religions will unite against the Church of Jesus Christ, in this end time.

ACTS 2:39

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call”

This promise is for the humble-minded, people from all classes, highly educated alongside of the illiterate, Those whom He will call, no matter how far they are.

ACTS 2:40

“And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, save yourselves from this untoward generation.”  (children in whom there is  no faith)

Free yourself from those that walk contrary to God, Separating ourselves from all evil doers with holy fear, and Overcoming this corrupt and hostile generation.

ACTS 2:41

‘Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.”

What joy in baptismal services for even the angels rejoice, they were all joined to the church of Jesus Christ.

Living according to what God has asked us to do, with a heavenly atmosphere of love, a love that “nothing can offend,” and giving of ourselves to God’s will.

ACTS 2:42

“And they continued stedfastly in the apostles doctrine and followship, and in breaking of bread and in prayers.

The Apostolic primitive church was constant in all its teachings, and spend much time in prayer with the Lord.

Prayer and the study of  scripture go hand in hand, it will contribute to your clear sense of calling and purpose.

Too much reading the word of God without prayer gets argumentative, too much prayer without reading the word of God gets fanatical. Prayer and the spirit of praise, worship and adoration brings the power of God for daily living, on each one seeking the fullness of God.

ACTS 2: 43

“And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

There is old time reverence for God and His word, when we make sacred His presence and make a commitment to take seriously the things of God.  Then He will do mighty wonders, for those who believe.  “—“Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.” (Exodus 20:20)

ACTS2: 44-45

“And all that believed were together and had all things common; and sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.”

When we “Believe” and unite together in one mind, we will give to those in need.

ACTS 2: 46-47

“And they continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.”

In reality it is a life of followship with Jesus and with those who believe and obey His will. This full life in Jesus Christ is gloriously possible when we give Him our All.  (no half measure) “For me to live is Christ”—-(Philippians :21)  A life of obedience, purity and of power from on high.(not of entertainment from men)  And we will find favour with those around us, and He will add to the church everyday.

PENTECOST  AGAIN

God will again Suddenly come, before this dispensation ends. It will be unlike any other revival anyone has ever seen.

Then the rapture “The Bridegroom Cometh” (Matthew 25:1-13)  The time is very near, when the trumpet sounds it will be too late to prepare ourselves.  The Lord’s coming will be in a twinkling of an eye, and we shall be changed.

If we are not ready we will be left behind, to go through the awful tribulation that is coming upon the earth. (Revelation 6-18)

The  “LAST CALL” IS HERE!  (Matthew 24 & 25)

Time is running out, “Heed to God’s warning !!  “JESUS CHRIST the same YESTERDAY, and TODAY and FOR EVER.” (Heb. 13:8)

From the Old Testament to the New Testament God has been a jealous God.

His creation has provoked Him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations, with new gods that have come.

Forgetting He formed us, unmindful of who He is. Breaking His covenant which He made to us.

“How often did they provoke and tempt him to anger in the wilderness, and grieve him to jealousy with their graven images; in the desert!  Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel, and kept not His testimonies.” (Psalm 78)  “You are neither cold nor hot but lukewarm, He will vomit us out of His mouth.

Because I am rich, and have need of nothing. (Revelation 3:14-18)  Being full of selfish greed, vanities, materialism and entertainment.  They will all rob us of our relationship and intimacy with God.  Many who reject this Apostolic message, will reject it because they believe these Pentecost people are too radical. Believing in strict standards of “holiness” and avoiding “worldly things,” being “dead to the world”.

This world is standing at the brink, some tremendous events are about to transpire.

God stands ready to pour out His spirit in fresh ways again, if our soul, like the deer pants after streams of water, would pant with the same level of passion after God.(Psalm42:1)  A true longing after God, is a vessel into which God wills to pour Himself into. God is preparing vessels, has He begun the process of cleansing us?

“Be ye clean that bear the vessels of the Lord” (Isaiah 52:11) “Having therefore these promises dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit perfecting holiness in the fear of God.” (2 Cor. 7:1)
