Prayer

I personally want to make a difference in my relationship with God. It’s all up to us. Let us make a real decision today. Make up your mind to be totally convinced of your faith and love for God. Then we will be convinced that our prayer life is what will draw us to the one who dwells in us.  Even as we hold a secular job maintain a family etc. We can still be a house of prayer. We are the dwelling place of God upon the earth.  It’s not where we dwell, but who dwells in us. It is the condition of our heart that matters. Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in us.   We are not our own, we were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body 1Corinthians 6:19, 20.

We do not house idols or images because God him self dwelth in us. I choose God’s will daily!

We need to grow close enough to God in prayer that we can hear him speaking to us. We cannot hear him because we have simply stopped listening.  When we come close enough we can hear his very heart beat and hear his voice with clarity. God’s presence must be at the center of all individual and corporate worship today.  With out the presence of God, prayer is meaningless. Drawing near with a sincere heart full of faith “May my prayer be set before you like incense.” “May the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice” Psalms 141:2.

Prayer: Establishing the Kingdom of God upon the earth. “Your kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” Matt 6:10.  When we set our mind, will, and emotions apart, we Offer pure and obedient worship to God. Drawing closer to the presence of God will bring illumination from the Holy Spirit. This is what happens when we become a house of prayer.  Don’t settle for less!! If the Holy Spirit controls our life he will lead us to have an effective life of prayer. We must be God directed, Christ honoring, and spirit led to keep our heart and hands clean before God. Psalms 24:3, 4 and Psalms 26:6.

Don’t desert your prayer closet. God has provided for his church a method for securing laborers.

We are all servants of Christ for different purposes.  God is not looking for a multitude of people. Just a few he can use for his honor and his Glory.  As we continue to stay in the word of God to keep sin from creeping in to our lives, we must be completely consumed with the Glory of his presence. By Being anointed, consecrated, and sanctified we can live in a relationship with Jesus at increasingly deeper levels. To know the price of intimacy with God is to accept what ever God has for us being: poverty, or an out cast and be willing to take a stand for God and his will and purpose.

Our Goal of our worship should be that we get to the place where we do not see any one or anything around us (Blocking all distractions). The only thing that matters is being completely consumed with his presence. Your life will never be the same. His church is being prepared and it will require complete death to self and full life in Christ Jesus.

There is no more playing games no more sitting in the pews and sight seeing. No more guessing what is happening. We are either in Christ or away from him. We cannot afford to lose out with God.

HE IS THE ONLY WAY, TRUTH AND LIFE.

What ever we think doesn’t matter. What we do for Christ is all that matters. Look around us everything we see and hear is bad news. Our only hope is in Jesus Christ our savior. It all starts in a relationship with Jesus Christ nothing else will do.
